What is Enjoy Zest?

Enjoy Zest is a personal chef-ing and pop-up dinner event business that currently hosts curated dinners throughout Northern Ohio, Central Ohio, and Lower Michigan.

What does a private dinner party entail?

Enjoy Zest transforms your home into a temporary restaurant, to comfortably serve you and your guests for dinner. I prepare and set up your dining room complete with fresh florals, candles, and decor. I then course you through multiple entrees for an entire evening, prepared straight from your kitchen. Post dinner, leave the clean up and dishwashing to me.

Do guests select food from a menu during dinner?

A special pre-fixe menu with 4-6 courses for each dinner party is curated per event. Guests do not select meals during dinner. We understand everyone’s palate is different, but we ask guests to trust us in introducing them to flavors and dishes that could be out of their comfort zone.

Will Enjoy Zest accommodate food allergies?

Yes! If you have a serious food allergy, please send an email prior to your event and allergies will be accounted for.

Is there a dress code?

Each Enjoy Zest event will have a theme, but there is no official dress code unless specifically stated. We want you to wear what you feel most authentic in.

Who develops the recipes and prepares the food?

All of the recipes are developed by the self-taught chef, Katie Pettee.

How do I book a dinner party?

Please email me to schedule your dinner party. In order to secure your date, a $200 non-refundable deposit is needed.

Does Enjoy Zest teach cooking classes?

Yes! Please inquire via email to schedule an in home cooking workshop.
